Refund Policy

Correctly Supplied Parts

Where a part has been correctly supplied in accordance with your order, and you wish to return it for reasons other than a fault or supply error on our part, the following terms apply:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The part must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a fully resalable condition.
• A handling fee will be applied and deducted from your refund to cover restocking and administrative costs.
• All courier and shipping costs associated with returning the part are the responsibility of the sender (customer) and are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned part has been received and inspected, minus the handling fee.
• Electrical parts are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of condition or packaging, except where the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any parts back. Parts returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
